All our tours include a commentary recorded listenable individually through headphones, our comments will tell you all about the history, culture, traditions and curiosities of our cities.
Is the possibility of finding available seats on the same bus granted also for big groups?
Finding the seats needed to host numerous groups on one single bus might be not always possible and spreading the group on more than one vehicle can, therefore, be necessary. Anyway, we suggest asking for an estimate for the bus booking for the group exclusive use.
What does "SKIP THE LINE" ticket mean?
All the Skip the Line tickets allow you to skip the line of entry to attractions, thus saving a lot of time.
Are there special rates for people with disabilities?
Blind passengers and people in wheelchairs have free access as long as they are together with payor.
When does the validity of my pre-purchased ticket start from?
The actual validity of your pre-purchased ticket starts from the moment of the voucher exchange, which can be carried out whenever you prefer during the hours of service on the date indicated on the voucher.

Tickets can be purchased on our website, on all our buses, from ground staff where present and in our Visitor Center
Do you offer group discounts?
The reduced group fare is available only for groups larger than 10 people. If the group is larger than 10 people, you can contact the office of the city where you want to take the tour. All the contacts (phone numbers and e-mail addresses) can be found in the section “contacts”.
What are the arrangements for reimbursement for the Open Bus services?
At City Sightseeing® discretion, in exceptional circumstances, should a refund be agreed to. Refund requests should be produced within 10 days from the date of the tour and sent to email@example.com together with the original ticket of the tour; the following information must be provided: date of the purchase of the voucher, order number of the voucher, name of the customer (the same as the one on the voucher); If granted, the refund will be subject to an administration fee of 20% of the order value; Customers will be refunded through the credit card which they used for the purchase within 60 days from the date of the tour.
