'Pizzaiolo Napoletano' for a day is a "Pizza Class" designed to introduce the art of Pizza making! Neapolitan Pizza is recognized by Unesco as an intangible heritage of humanity. Experience with us a fascinating journey into the history and culture of the authentic Pizza.
After tasting a good coffee, all the participants, led by our Master Pizzaiolo, will become perfect pizza makers, they will discuss the "right" raw materials, they will prepare the dough themselves with their hands in the flour (to understand the right consistency), they will spread the dough on the counter of the pizza maker and, after covering it with tomato, buffalo mozzarella, basil and olive oil, they will be ready to bake it in the wood oven, as per tradition.
And in the end, as the Neapolitan conviviality wants, they will taste their own Pizzas, accompanied by a soft drink!
Participants will have their attendance certificate and the 'Friends of Pizza' card as a reminder of the fantastic experience!
